PepsiCo is seeking a communications professional with channel and project management experience, and strong writing skills. This role is responsible for supporting the development and launch of our internal channels and content platforms, including changes to processes, the introduction of new features, and developing communications to keep PepsiCo associates aware and informed about progress.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Display excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple threads at any time, and keep accurate tracking and notes.

  • Attend meetings, prepare and circulate agendas in advance, take notes and delineate action items. Share and track subsequent progress, and report back.

  • Support the writing, editing, and production of content and assets that keep associates informed about activities that are advancing our Global Internal Communication strategy.

  • Provide editorial and administrative assistance with communication and change management activities that support the company’s strategic goals, including town halls, meetings, digital and internal social channels.

  • This role will also support communications and employee engagement within one of the company’s major global functions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to communications, business, or organizational development.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced communications function within a large global company or agency
  • Editorial skills, including research, interviewing, listening, writing, and editing.

  • Highly organized with the ability to complete assigned projects on schedule.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task, and independently managing workload.

  • Graphic design sensibility, including the ability to create attractive and clear communication materials, is preferred.

  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.

  • Resourceful problem-solver who overcomes barriers.

  • Confident self-starter who can work across time zones.
